Any attempt to exceed these limitations or gain additional functionality is prohibited. Such unauthorized access may be subject to criminal and civil penalties including fines and imprisonment under Public Law 99-474 (the "Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986"). All usage of this system may be monitored, recorded, and subject to audit.
